Pease Integrative Medicine is a PPO Provider (BCBS/Aetna/Cigna) designated Patient-Centered Medical Home. This means that we have established policies and procedures to create and maintain a partnership with patients for the care we provide. We make every effort to ensure that the health care we provide includes preventive care as well as acute and chronic disease management and we put you at the center of that care.
